The Korean automaker Hyundai is all set to release the prices of the new Grand i10 Nios and the Aura facelift on January 20, 2022. Interested buyers can book the new models online or at authorised dealerships by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000.

The new i10 Nios & the Aura will come equipped with new safety features along with comfort and convenience features. The 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Aura facelift will come with design changes and upmarket interior along with new safety features. Hyundai has removed the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine option from the new Aura & Grand i10 Nios facelift line-up.

In terms of styling, the new Grand i10 Nios comes with a revised front fascia with a black radiator grille, body-coloured front bumper, sweptback and projector headlamps with LED DRLs. The hatchback rides on newly styled 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, new LED tail-lights and a sharkfin antenna.

Inside the cabin, the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the smartphone connectivity, wireless phone charger, automatic AC, Type-C fast USB charger, voice recognition, smartkey with push button start/stop, cruise control, etc. It has new footwell lighting, modern grey upholstery & piping & Nios embossing and metal finish inside door handles.

In terms of safety & security, the hatchback gets standard 4 airbags (6 airbags in top-end variant), electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, hill start assist control & parking assist with rear parking sensors & rear camera with display on audio. The range-topping Highline variant gets a 3.5-inch speedometer with MID along with display for TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System). It is available in 6 single tone colours including a new Spark Green shade. The other colours include Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Polar White, Tea Blue and Fiery Red. The hatchback also comes with two different dual-tone shades – Spark Green with Black roof and Polar White with Black roof.

2023 Hyundai Aura Interior

The new Aura facelift will come with host of new features and segment-first safety features. It is available in 6 colour options – Polar White, Titan Grey, Typhoon Silver, New Starry Night, Teal Blue and Fiery Red. In terms of styling, the sedan gets a black radiator grille, new DRLs, auto headlamp, a rear wing spoiler, chrome finished door handles and blacked out B pillar, and revised bumper. It rides on 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.

The sedan gets new seat upholstery & adjustable headrests for all 5 seats. It has sporty leather wrapped steering wheel & gear knb, wireless phone charger, fast USB charger & footwell lighting. The hatchback is fitted with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connectivity along with a 3.5 inch instrument cluster.

2023 Hyundai Aura facelift

In terms of safety & security, the new Aura gets tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, hill assist control & cruise control. A total of 4 airbags will come as standard, while the top-end model gets 6 airbags.

Engine Options

The new Hyundai Aura and Grand i10 Nios will be powered by a new 1.2-litre 4-cylinder NA petrol engine that is capable of producing 83bhp at 6,000rpm and a peak torque of 113.8Nm at 4,000rpm. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual and an AMT. It also comes with a 1.2-litre Bi-Fuel (Petrol with CNG) that is capable of producing 69bhp and 95.2Nm. It is only available with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
